KiwiBuild in New Plymouth

68 KiwiBuild homes will be built in New Plymouth with construction starting early in 2019.
KiwiBuild is part of a regeneration programme building 68 modern three and four bedroom homes on Banks Street and Discovery Place in Marfell.
The modern, starter homes will be built to a Homestar 6 rating and almost a third will be ready by July 2019. The remaining 47 will be completed a few months later, in December.
Many of the homes will be priced under $400,000 with a maximum cap of $450,000.
A new road will link Banks and Cook Street and will provide good access to Taranaki Base Hospital, the New Plymouth CBD and schools.
