We have updated our website with guidance for housing and support service providers on how to operate safely during alert level 3 period. For now we still need to follow alert level 4 guidance until we transition to level 3 from Tuesday 28 April.

The updated guidance includes information about:

  • Keeping whānau and staff safe
  • Operating services safely at Alert Level 3 (activities that can recommence and activities that should remain on hold)
  • Business continuity and working with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.
