Housing Affordability Measure (HAM)

First released in 2017, this is a new approach to measuring housing affordability using household-level data from StatsNZ's Integrated Data Infrastructure (IDI). This work is currently undertaken by the Ministry for Business, Innovation and Employment. The next release will be from this Ministry of Housing and Urban Development webpage on 24 July 2019.
