I represent the owner of the above property known as Walmsley Lodge Motel, Walmsley Motel and Walmsley Motel Mangere. My request is to be provided with details and amounts of any payments made to the operator (Lessee) of the motel, being Annie Enterprises Ltd, for the period 1 January 2024 to 16 May 2025.
