He Taupae works to increase the technical capability of Māori organisations to build on their whenua. The types of services that could be funded through He Taupae could include geotechnical investigations; master planning; infrastructure reports; planning advice; contamination reports; traffic assessments; development management and feasibility; and resource and building consents.
