The Housing Dashboard
The Housing Dashboard is a single place to track progress of key parts of the Government’s housing programme. It’s updated monthly and includes information on public and transitional housing, other housing built by the Government, the housing register and other housing support provided. It shows what has been delivered by the end of the month.
So, to see what’s been delivered in June, select the month of June. To see what has changed between two periods, select the two points you want to compare, i.e. to see the change over a financial year select June as the start date and the following June as the end date.
Data for the housing register, Emergency Housing Special Needs Grants and other housing support products are delayed this month because of data processing issues. We will publish the updated data as soon as possible.

Due to MSD processing issues that are continuing to affect some data series, some figures are unavailable to be updated for this month. The list of affected series on the dashboard include community housing provider public homes data, housing register data, emergency housing data, and other housing support data. Data prior to December 2025 are still available to view on the dashboard. As soon as the updated data becomes available, we will publish the dashboard with the most recent figures.
