The Resource Management (Enabling Housing Supply and Other Matters) Amendment Act 2021 (the Act) requires councils in our largest urban areas to increase housing supply and allow a wider variety of homes to be built.

National adaptation plan

The Ministry for the Environment is working on a national adaptation plan (NAP) to help Aotearoa New Zealand minimise damage from the future impacts of climate change.
