The accord has a vision of a high-performing construction sector that supports the wellbeing of New Zealanders through safe and durable homes, buildings and infrastructure that are built by a productive capable, resilient and proud sector.

Shared goals 

Te Tūāpapa Kura Kāinga - Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is part of the accord, which was developed by Ministers, government agencies and industry leaders.  

Members of the accord have agreed to a shared set of shared goals.

A skilled and capable workforce that meets New Zealand’s growing housing and infrastructure needs.
