How many government leased vehicles have had infringements for parking and for speeding tickets issued? For example Work and Income, Oranga Tamariki, Ministry of Health, Corrections, Inland Revenue, etc for all departments? Also government Ministers if there are vehicles issued for use.

Are the fines issued to the driver for payment or do tax payers pay these fees for traffic infringements?
How many leased vehicles are there throughout New Zealand for government departments, Organisations? How many if any are EV vehicles?

How many fines are paid for by the driver for traffic infringements ? How many and how much is paid or wavied from the driver and how much do tax payers cover in individual costs that is incurred by staff and Ministers etc for driving infringements?

Please give a breakdown from today and going back up to two years. This is to understand the accountability of individuals liability for incurring fees at the expense of taxpayers
