Applications now open for flexible fund

We've opened stage one applications for the flexible fund, announced as part of Budget 2025. The fund brings multiple programmes into one pot of funding that's simpler and will deliver better value for money.

Applications are open until 24 April 2026.

We’re seeking to partner with providers with a track record in delivering housing and providing tenancy management services.
