OIA response to HUD2025-008715 - Tikanga Aroro Charitable Trust

In MHUD's OIA response to me dated October 22, you stated that: "The Ministry does not have any agreements or a relationship with Tikanga Aroro Charitable Trust [TACT]." Can you check if that is actually correct?  The following statement made in the resource consent application attached, links MHUD to TACT: "The application is to establish a reintegration housing activity (Pūwhakamua) on a rural site in Waikite Valley. The housing facility is under the operation of Department of Corrections (DoC) and is jointly funded by DoC and the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (MHUD). The Applicant, Tikanga Aroro Charitable Trust, was set up to provide oversight and accountability to Pūwhakamua operations. The Applicant will lease the proposed site from the landowner." 
Please clarify what the actual situation here is. If the statement is incorrect, will MHUD be writing to the group which wrote and it (Hayson Knell), and the group the application was sent to (Rotorua Lakes Council), correcting this incorrect record?
